Wedding Booking & Payment Policy

To reserve your wedding date with Hanson Road, full payment is required at the time of booking.

As we take on a limited number of small-scale wedding bookings, payment secures your date and allows us to begin sourcing and planning your florals with care.

We are happy to accommodate small quantity adjustments to existing items up to 1 month prior to your wedding date, subject to availability.

Additional floral items may be added to your booking up to 2 weeks prior to the wedding date, depending on our order schedule and flower availability.

Because flowers are ordered specifically for each wedding and your date is reserved exclusively for you, all wedding bookings are final and non-refundable once confirmed.

If your wedding date changes, please reach out as soon as possible and we will do our very best to accommodate the new date, subject to availability.
